Hey you.
I'm really happy to share with you the final opus of my double single series ! It's called Another Boys Band / The Lunatics.
While both tracks testify for my taste for jungle music, they are, in a sense, kinda opposite.
The first track, Another Boys Band, starts with a nudge to DJ hype, and his legendary "Weird Energy" track, and goes into bro mode for a constructive chat between Korn and Limp Bizkit frontmen... A ridiculous cock fight between two alpha men, supported by a deep subbass and eviscerating breaks, ending only in misunderstanding and mental breakdown; just like the real thing.
On the other side, The Lunatics' gut-twirling atmosphere is based on a re/de-constructed Genesis P-Orridge interview, in which they talk about their chirurgical interventions, to melt two bodies into one. Rolling breaks and a typical distorted reese lead you to them, praising, while a pristine pad will bring you relief before a final breath.
Imagine industrial music's top controversial character and neo-metal bros confronting their huge egos, admitting their fears and kissing each other on fast paced jungle music.
